I am a mortgage broker & I have been looking at properties sourced by other buyer’s agents for my clients.
Some of them are finalising prices much higher than market. And others are finding properties which have fallen in value!! A recent one by another buyers agent - expected valuation is at least 15% less than contract price!!
Based on my experience with different buyers agents and their results, Rohit is absolutely the best. He is professional and very quick. A client has been struggling to finalsie a property for over 2 years & Rohit found one within 2 weeks
There are other buyers agents providing all sorts of calculations and reports and have very good websites and reviews. BUT, what is most important is the property and location!!
